Dealing with Difficulties in Meditation with Nando Bhikkhu

The Little Bangkok Sangha is inviting you to a Zoom meeting on Monday 8 August, 2022 from 6:30 – 08.00 PM Bangkok time.

We are honored to host Ajahn Nando who will give a Dhamma talk on Dealing with Difficulties in Meditation. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to ask him some questions.

Nando Bhikkhu was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He first encountered Buddhism at the age of 15 and felt an immediate connection to it. At the age of 19 he had the opportunity to do his first meditation retreat at Birken Forest Monastery in Canada. This experience changed his life. He did several more retreats before traveling to Thailand at the age of 21 to stay at Wat Pah Nanachat. He took novice ordination at the age of 21 and Bhikkhu ordination at the age of 22. Since his ordination, he has stayed at many monasteries in Thailand and Australia. Ajahn Nando has had the opportunity to stay with several highly respected meditation masters, including Ajahn Anan at Wat Marp Jan, LP Piak at Wat Pah Cittabhavana and LP Bun-Deet at Wat Tham Seang Dham.
