Dhamma Talks with Rebecca Bradshaw

Dhamma Talk and Meditation with Rebecca Bradshaw
Wednesday 30th January and
Thursday 31st January
at Ariyasom Villa

Bangkok event for meditation and dharma with American meditation teacher Rebecca Bradshaw – for mindfulness, and vipassana.

We’re happy to host Rebecca Bradshaw, who is a friend and fellow dharma teacher of Steven Smith and Michele McDonald (both of whom we have hosted several times). A veteran of the International Meditation Socitey’s 3 month retreats, she is one of a growing number of very experienced practitioners and teachers of meditation, and brings a fresh perspective to our experience in Thailand.

You can find some of her previous talks here: dharmaseed

Wednesday 30th:- The Biggest Disappointment Leading to Peace
Our very efforts to protect the heart and mind lead us to suffering. What are saner protections for the heart?
Thursday 31st :- Mindfulness with Emotions and Thinking
Something monks, and men, don’t talk about so much – but it is all part of the retreat experience.
  • 6:30pm meet at Ariyasom for coffee and chat
  • 7:00pm Head up to the Dhamma Hall
  • 7-8:15pm Dhamma talk, meditation, Q&A
