  1. Yahoo, love to see monthly meditation on the calendar, weekly better… But happy with monthly too!

    • Weekly is coming. I’m still waiting on a visa, and on word from three venues I have offered proposals to for some other programs. I really would like to do Friday evenings at Ariyasom, but my University schedule does not let me really commit to a day long term, as they always change their calendars. But I’m working on it. I have a year off right now.

  2. Yes, thank you for this. Always happy with more opportunities for group meditation practice. I’ll be there:)

  3. I’m totally new to meditation but have been attempting to meditation/mindfulness on my own. I will try to be there!
