Khun Morakot, a Thai lady fluent in English and experienced in meditation, will lead her monthly session at Kathmandu Gallery, Silom area. She has much experience in a number of meditation lineages, and especially the use of meditation (or just counselling) for cancer patients in the hospitals.
It is a charming setting and teacher so take advantage. There are 2 excellent Indian cafe/restaurants opposite that are inexpensive, and have very good food. We usually go there after the meditation to have a yarn, just after midday when the session ends. In fact we often go to this restaurant on ohter days too, just ofr informal lunch.
