About the Topic:
Mindfulness and meditation have become popular in recent years, with good and bad results! It is not a cure-all tonic, and it is not easy to really make a go of it. But everything starts with small steps. We’ll go through a few of the basics, and what to expect when you turn your gaze to look directly at the mind itself.
Sessions are led by Pandit Bhikkhu, who is likely familiar to anyone joining our events in the past. Biography is here
